3 4 5 Design and Construction was born from Mike’s extensive experience in building, remodeling, and an overall love for creating timeless designs.

Mike’s experience with business management became the key to running an organized remodeling and new home construction company. Hearing the way clients expressed frustration from having to work through the minimal offerings of boring finishes or being told by other contractors to go out on their own and find the elements of the remodel that would be in their home, he set out to change the process. 

Adding to his team, he brought in experienced designers to support his clients with the selection process, eliminating their anxiety, and offered generous allowance packages for his remodels and new home builds that allowed the client the freedom to truly customize their home to their taste and budget. Mike lives by the principle of doing the right thing for the right reason.  His clients would agree he follows through with that promise.
